I purchased this to help with me and my husband's journey on a Keto diet. This stuff was an awesome addition to our morning fuel burning coffee (MCT oil powder, hemp seeds, swerve, cocoa nibs, collegan powder). I've tried the liquid MCT oils but don't like how oily they are when mixed in a drink. This one is not! It is creamy and really helps pull everything together.
